Spring Fling Blog Hop!

You have to love a good blog hop, and this one is shaping up to be a whiz, bang one. So glad you stopped hopping for a moment to say hello.  I want to make it worth your while so I've re-posted one of my most popular posts--Top Ten Reasons Man Candy is an Essential Nutrient. I hope you enjoy it and giggle a little.

Once you finish reading, feel free to enter using the Rafflecopter link to win a $15.00 gift card to the online book retailer of your choice.

Top Ten Reasons Man Candy is an Essential Nutrient

10.          Because in real life, a man that good looking would probably so be high maintenance.

9.            No cheesy lines fall from those beautiful lips.

8.            No matter how much I talk, he can’t get enough.

7.            Our intentions are charitable.  We’re searching high and low for the shirts and buttons these poor men have misplaced.

6.            It’s a learning experience:  How many abs make a six-pack (oops, I gave it away).

5.            A woman can’t live on chocolate alone.

4.            Nothing gets lost in translation.  He knows exactly what I need.

3.            Research!  Research!  Research!

2.            I can meet him in my robe and slippers, no make-up, hair a mess, and he never complains.

1.            How else am I supposed to get Gerard Butler in my house without federal prosecution?

There you go. Hope it gave a little laugh. Don't forget to enter the giveaway at the bottom of the post. Because it's all electronic, the winner can be US or International. Also, don't forget to visit the other blogs on this hop for more great posts and prizes.  You can find them at:

It isn't spring here, but I'm a snow angel (though it doesn't snow here either) and I always miss the cool weather, and snuggling up at night with a bunch of blankets and the heater on, usually reading. Thanks!

I won't miss dressing the grandkids in a hundred pounds of clothes to go outside and play for a few minutes and then have them tell me they have to go potty. Uggh I am not a fan of winter.

I was very bummed that we had ONE real snowfall and it really didn't count!!! Such a bummer! We did go home to Wisconsin for Christmas and at least had a white Christmas (and I got to see my grammie before she died Feb. 22)!

I won't miss the bad traffic during winter. It seems like everyone forgets how to drive the minute the bad weather arrives.

Since I live in Southern California. I can have the best of both worlds. When I feel like visiting and playing in the snow, the mountains are only about 1 hour away. When I want to be a beach bunny, the beach is about 30 minutes away. Winter to us is rain and cold. I won't miss the cold. LOL
Thanks for the contest and for the chance to win.

The South didn't really have a winter this year, but I missed being able to wear sweaters and sweatshirts. I love them. I love being able to snuggle under a blanket and lose myself in a great book.
